FAQ
The things clients ask before we start. If yours is not here, just ask me.
I build and design in English, Italian and Russian, and I'm comfortable talking with clients in all three — call, email or chat. The whole project runs in the language you're most comfortable with: strategy, design and the words that sell it.
Projects start at €1,400. From there it's individual: the number of pages, how much of the visual side is custom, whether photo and video are made from scratch. Tell me about the project and I'll send an exact quote.
Payment is split into three stages that match the project: 40% to start (prototype), 30% at design approval, 30% before handover. We work against a contract and invoice, paid by bank transfer.
Two to three weeks for a landing page, four to six for a business website. Bigger projects depend on scope — the exact timeline is agreed before we start and fixed in the contract.
Your decision to work with me — that's the only thing I need up front. From there we do it whichever way suits you: a short call so I can hear what you want, or a written brief you fill in at your own pace. Materials, references, texts, photos — we sort those out along the way.
Prototyping and design are done in Figma. The build goes on whichever platform fits your project — most often Tilda, but WordPress or custom code just as well. Tilda I recommend for a reason: its admin panel is made for the site owner, not the developer — you update texts, images and pages yourself, with no monthly fee to anyone for small changes. Anything it doesn't do as standard, I write in code inside it.
That's the normal starting point, and it's part of the work. I figure out what your site needs to say and write the copy — you give me the facts about your business. Same with visuals: we use your photos where they work, and where there are none I create what goes inside — imagery, graphics and video shaped around your brand.
That depends on the platform — which is worth deciding early. On a platform with a proper admin panel you edit texts, images and pages yourself, and I hand the site over with a recorded walkthrough. On a custom-coded site, changes normally go through a developer. That's why I recommend a platform for most projects: writing the code is the easy part now, but a year later you still need somewhere to add a page without calling anyone.
A recorded walkthrough of your site — how to edit it, where enquiries land, what you'll be touching most often. After that I'm still here: write to me any time, on whatever's easiest for you. A question a month later, something you can't work out, a small fix — you're not left alone with it. Bigger changes or new sections we agree separately, project by project.
Yes — visuals are part of the work, not a separate order. Video, imagery, graphics and brand identity are made here, for your site and for the social media that runs alongside it. One hand, one style, nothing to coordinate between different people.
Yes — a good part of my work is B2B: manufacturers, construction and service companies, agencies. The logic there is different from a consumer site: a longer decision, several people involved, and a site that has to do the explaining before anyone calls you. Send me a request and tell me what you sell and to whom — we'll work out what your case needs.
Yes — I issue official invoices whether you're a private client or a registered company. I work as a sole trader under the Italian forfettario regime, so invoices are VAT-exempt by law. Just send me your billing details and I'll handle the paperwork.
Tell me about your project — I'll reply within a day.
